Scheduling Appointments
Call 901.682.9211 or Text 901.833.8805 to schedule your appointment. Our patient coordinator, Stacey, will assist you.
Cancellation Policy
You will receive an appointment reminder via text or email 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance.
We reserve the right to NOT reschedule patients who do not show up for previously scheduled appointments and patients who chronically cancel appointments for valuable appointment times.
Appointment Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment to fill out necessary paperwork. A late arrival to any appointment will shorten the treatment time for your consult or service. We strive to stay on schedule to avoid long wait times for our clients.
Payment
We accept cash or credit cards. The credit card used must be issued in the name of the patient receiving the services. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to accept personal checks. Also, we do not accept any form of medical insurance.
Refunds
Laser services and Medical services are non-refundable. Packages of services are sold at a discounted price therefore no refunds will be given on packages purchased. It is a violation of state law for prescription products to be returned therefore we will not accept returns of prescription products.. Non-prescription products can be exchanged within one week of original purchase if they are not satisfactory for credit to your account. No cash refunds.
