Scheduling Appointments

Call 901.682.9211 to schedule your appointment. Our patient coordinator, Erica will assist you. Weekend appointments and appointments requiring one hour or more will be reserved with a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

We will send you a reminder via phone, text or email 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointment Arrival

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment to fill out necessary paperwork. A late arrival will shorten the time for your consult or service. We strive to stay on schedule to avoid long wait times for our clients.

Payment

We accept cash, credit cards and personal checks (with proper identification). There will be a $30 charge on all returned checks.

Refunds

Laser services and medical services are non-refundable. Prescription products can not be legally returned. Non-prescription products can be exchanged within one week of original purchase if they are not satisfactory. No cash refunds.
